Carol has worked as a Homoeopath since 1985, and also as a Craniosacral Therapist since 1995. She is registered with both the Society of Homoeopaths and the Craniosacral Association.

Homoeopathy is a system of medicine which uses only substances found in nature, and which are prepared in a special way. They are potentised to form vibrational medicines. Homoeopathy means ‘like cures like' and is a safe and effective form of healing which can restore your health, vitality and creativity.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-manipulative therapy where the therapist listens via the hands to what is going on in the body, and in this way both identifies and relieves pain or tension. Symptoms and lesions in the body may then resolve according to the accessed vitality of the client's own system.

Appointments:

A first consultation will usually last about one and a half hours. For Homoeopathy a full case history will be taken and will be followed by a remedy. With Craniosacral Therapy the first half hour will involve relevant discussion, followed by a hands-on treatment. Follow-up appointments last about one hour.
